How long does shipping take?
Cairo & Giza: 1–3 working days
Other Governorates: 5–7 working days

Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes! You can pay cash on delivery or via Vodafone Cash / InstaPay (depending on what’s most convenient for you).
What’s your return policy?
You can return unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order. If anything arrives wrong or damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll sort it out.
